Running a fast-food restaurant is not difficult, but leading a group of rehabilitated individuals through its operations involves addressing more than just financial and staffing issues. The most important task is accompanying and helping them resolve their life challenges. Over the past 9 years, Adullam Kitchen has supported over 20 rehabilitated individuals and their suffering families, indirectly addressing some problems of society.

However, the locals need more innovative strategies to the challenges such as stuff recruitment and the post-pandemic recovery.

Changhua County Delicacy and Culture Tourism Association started by promoting Lukang local culture tours and street food and then developed alternative creative culture and Secret Spots Travel. It also hopes to attract more tourists through the in-depth tourism foundation established by the Three Heritage Sites, Eight Lukang Scenic Attractions, the Twelve Lukang Clamorous Charms, and the Cheongsam experience.

Can people only grow tea, fruits, and vegetables on high mountains? A group of people switched to planting flowers and grasses, producing them into organic care products in the Naro Tribe of Jianshi Township, Hsinchu County. After 20 more years of hard work, the industry transformed into a sixth industrialization, which not only triggered the herb industry but also made young people return to their hometowns to revitalize the economy of the tribe.

During the Japanese Colonial Rule period, Shiding District in New Taipei City was once a major mining town, which attracted large numbers of expatriates to move in. However, with the decline of the coal mining industry, there are less than 8,000 residents today. Although Shiding is close to two famous tourism sights, Pingxi and Shenkeng, the development is limited by the water conservation regulations and the topographic conditions. In recent years, through the efforts of the Shiding Tourism Development Association, the area has gradually developed its own tourism characteristics by focusing on the famous "Crocodile Island" for marketing.
