A Happy Countryside— Making Fengtian a Model of Environmental Education
The Hualian County Nou-Li InterCommunity Association is engaged in the promotion of local employment and care for the elderly and youth. Shoufeng Sweet Home Empowerment Center combines resources from various sectors, trying to build Fengtian into a model of environmental education.

Co-Marketing Taiwanese Tribes to Promote Indigenous Cultures
Though the 921 earthquake in 1999 destroyed homeland of many indigenous tribes, optimistic aboriginal survivals didn’t get disappointed. On Sep 28th 2002, Indigenous tribes along with local tribal workers together founded “Association of Taiwanese Indigenous People’s Development” (hereinafter referred to as “the association”) for the promotion of indigenous tribal development and autonomy.

Fulfilling a Happy Dream - the Love Shop: Miracles Created by Love and Practice
To build a self-help and mutual-support platform and help disadvantaged families to escape poverty, the Taiwan Fund for children and Families, Hualian Branch, established the Hualian Love Shop.
