With professional operation and innovation management, Tainan Rehabilitation Youth Encouragement Association creates “Leather Program” workshop to cultivate disabilities living skills. It builds up a full production line from design to sewing. Through OEM orders, items selling, courses teaching, and DIY Kit selling, the Association provides stable employments and returns to the society as a best social welfare role model and creates values.

Founded on 23rd November 2013, Yilan County Family Care Association aims to assist single parents. They associate various resources. Its focus on serving the disadvantaged females, provide emergency support, consulting guidance, employment, legal advice, rent subsidy, and accompanying assistance for families with growing children. The Association earned its reputation out of its social services.

The House's supervisor is Chen Chien-Jung, a man who spent his early life being a drug addict, going to jail, and then released from prison. Now, he's devoted his new life to promoting the Daylight House, a home for rehabilitated people to begin rebuilding their lives.

Located in Baoshan Township of Hsinchu County, Hsincheng community, known as "Xincheng Fengtang Leisure Park," is 20-minute away from the downtown area, surrounded by natural forest possessing an opposite feeling to the urban area.

“Troubles in Sight, Angles Inside." Where there's a will, there's a way. Established in 1999, the Association was founded by a group of parents whose children were diagnosed with developmental delays and psychological or physical disabilities. They engage in early year medical and educational services and promote welfare people or families encountering these situations.

At the inauguration of Mayor Ching-te Lai in 2014, a trendy accessory featuring elements of Taiwan traditional crafting caught everyone's eyes. This gift possessed thoughtfulness and practicality with local identity. The crafting techniques are from Shelin Community in Xigang District, Tainan City. The spirit shows that good things are from simplicity.
